At Campervan HQ, we want you to love your adventure-ready gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect fit and style for your life on the road.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label to ensure timely processing of your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
